Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled time via our website.
Late arrival may result in a shortened service or cancellation to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
Failure to attend without cancelling will result in the full service fee being required before any future bookings can be made. A secure payment link will be issued for the missed appointment.
Repeated missed appointments may result in prepayment being required or future bookings being declined.
Peak pricing for the Founder (Nigel) applies during designated peak times as shown within the booking system.
We reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate.
